About the Assessment Process:

Individuals:
The on-line assessments listed above take between 10 - 20 minutes to complete. You can respond to the questionnaire from your cubicle, your home or at Starbucks. Once completed, Rita will send you the results and schedule a time to review the report and its meaning in your life, your work and your relationships. Reviews take place by phone; Calls are made at the expense of the RCM offices, unless individuals prefer another arrangement.

Groups:
Assessments can be administered to groups such as departments and teams, wherein the debriefing sessions are done by conference call. These sessions include not only the personal significance of the results, but also the implications for working together.

Teleseminars:
The assessments may also be made available through teleseminars conducted by RCM, using the latest technology to create a valuable learning environment.
